FEMA: Register even if you are uncertain

If your area was affected by a disaster, FEMA officials suggest you register for disaster assistance available even if you are not sure you qualify. This statement comes in response to nearing deadline in Cullman County, Alabama, where FEMA’s Nate Custer told the Cullman Times, “…Even if you are uncertain if you need or qualify for assistance, it’s important to register.”

Illinois: FEMA Disaster Mobile Homes Unveiled in Springfield

On August 11, the media was invited to take a first-hand look at the mobile homes to be provided to Illinois residents who remain displaced from their homes after the storms and flooding destroyed areas of the state throughout the monthes of June and July. The mobile homes will be made available to qualified residents in any of the 18 declared disaster counties.
